Linda K. Yoder, Executive Director
Linda joined the staff in July, 2011 as Executive Director for both Marshall County Community Foundation (MCCF) and United Way. She previously held several service-oriented positions such as Vice Chair of the Elkhart County United Way campaign, manager of the Nappanee Center, director of Nappanee disaster recovery, and involvement in the Elkhart County Community Foundation. Before joining the MCCF, Linda was Vice President of Government Affairs at the Electric Motors Corporation of Plymouth, Indiana.
Jayne Gibson, Vice President for Operations
Jayne has worked for the MCCF and United Way since 1999, starting as Secretary, then later taking on the role of Administrative Assistant. She was promoted to Assistant Director in May 2007, and to VP for Operations in December 2009. Prior to joining the Foundation staff, she held positions with the Martha Washington Inn in Abingdon, Virginia, as well as with Sunsation and the Moose Lodge in Plymouth.
Lyn Ward, Executive Assistant
Lyn joined the staff in August 2007. . Lyn participates in the annual Relay for Life, serves on the Plymouth Farmer’s Market Advisory Board, serves on the Wythougan Valley Preservation Board, and acts as secretary for Encore Performing Arts.
Jennifer Compton, Director of Donor Services
Jennifer joined the staff in July, 2012 as Director of Donor Services at MCCF. She has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from University of West Florida. Since her family moved here in 2005, she has engaged herself into the community as a member of Plymouth Kiwanis, Tri Kappa ,and Encore Performing Arts.
