Staff Sergeant Justin DeCrow Memorial Scholarship Fund

Scholarship Criteria:

The purpose of the fund is to provide a scholarship to a senior of Plymouth High School, Plymouth, Indiana, who has achieved a high school cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.  The recipient must be able to demonstrate a record of community service acceptable to the Scholarship Advisory Committee.
