Marshall County Community Foundation administers a number of scholarships, from traditional awards for graduating seniors to those geared towards current students, professionals, and other special circumstances.

Each scholarship has its own application guidelines, deadlines, and application process, so please be sure to read the instructions of the scholarship you’re applying for carefully.

Culver High School Scholarships

We administer a number of scholarships, which range from the traditional academic and athletic awards to corporate and special circumstances offerings. 

Applying for a scholarship is free, so we invite you to spend some time finding opportunities for which you are a good fit. You can learn more about each scholarship by clicking on each of the below scholarship titles. 

Scholarship applications through the Marshall County Community Foundation will open Monday, December 1, 2025 and will close on Saturday, February 28, 2026.

Betty Jean Wilson Zehner Memorial Scholarship Fund
  • The purpose of the fund is to provide an annual scholarship to a graduate of Culver Community High School, Culver, Indiana. 
  • Scholarship recipient must be pursuing a career in nursing as a LPN or RN. 
  • This scholarship is not renewable to previous recipients.
  • The purpose of the fund is to provide an annual scholarship to a Culver High School senior. 
  • The applicant must be a graduating senior who through his or her record and achievement, best exemplifies the qualities of Barbara Snyder: integrity, leadership, service, and fulfillment of potential.
  • The purpose of this fund is to provide one or more annual scholarships to students who graduate from Culver Community High School, Culver, Indiana.
  • This scholarship may be renewable to previous recipients.
  • The purpose of the fund is to provide an education scholarship(s) for a graduating senior(s) of the Culver Community Schools Corporation. The term “education’ includes, but is not limited to, college, graduate, and professional education, and specialize or vocational training.
  • The purpose of the fund is to provide a scholarship annually to a Culver Community High School senior. 
  • The applicant must be a graduating senior with demonstrated financial need, high moral character, and significant academic achievement. 
  • The recipient of the scholarship shall have attended Culver Community High School for at least one year and shall have graduated from Culver Community High School.
  • The purpose of the fund is to provide one or more annual scholarships to a Culver High School senior. 
  • The scholarship may pay tuition, books, room and board or other miscellaneous school expenses.
  • The applicant must be a graduating senior attending Nursing School.
  • The purpose of the fund is to provide an annual scholarship to a Culver Community High School senior. 
  • The applicant must be a graduating senior pursuing a law enforcement/criminal justice major, or graduating in the top half of the class with good standing and financial need a factor.
  • The Gayle Ploetz Kinzie Beck Memorial Scholarship is a minimum $250.00 scholarship, awarded annually to a graduating Culver High School senior(s) that demonstrates the characteristics of being respectful, helpful, and kind to others.
  • This scholarship does not require an application and the recipient(s) who demonstrate the above characteristics are selected by the Scholarship Advisory Committee.
  • The purpose of the fund is to provide an annual scholarship to a graduating senior from Culver Community High School. 
  • The recipient shall attend an accredited college or trade school majoring either in nursing or agriculture. 
  • The recipient must be in the top 25% of the graduating class. 
  • The scholarship amount shall be $500.00.
  • The purpose of the fund is to provide an annual scholarship to a graduate of Culver Community Schools Corporation, Culver, Indiana, attending Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
  • Applicant must have a GPA of no less than 3.0 and demonstrate integrity, service, and scholarship.
  • Previous recipients may reapply for The Larry R. Linhart Scholarship as long as all other recipient qualifications are met.
  • The purpose of the fund is to provide an annual scholarship to a graduating senior of the Culver Community School Corporation. 
  • The applicant must be a member of the graduating class of Culver Community High School who, through his or her record and achievement, best exemplifies the qualities of Marianne Ransdell: integrity, leadership, service, and fulfillment of potential as determined in the spring of each academic year.
  • The purpose of the fund is to provide an annual scholarship to a graduating senior from Culver Community High School. 
  • Applicants must be a graduating senior who has a GPA of no less than 3.0 and who has demonstrated integrity, service, and scholarship.
  • The purpose of the fund is to provide an annual scholarship to a Culver High School senior.
  • The purpose of the fund is to provide one or more annual scholarships to a graduate of Culver Community High School, Culver, Indiana. 
  • The recipient must attend Marian University’s Ancilla College. 
  • Preference is for a student who has a 2.0 to a 2.9 (range) on a 4.0 scale cumulative grade point average. 
  • The scholarship is renewable annually to previous recipients as long as all other recipient qualifications are met.
