Scholarship Criteria:
The purpose of the fund is to provide a scholarship(s) to attend Ancilla College for a resident of Marshall County or an adjacent county who is recommended by Heart and Hands, Inc. & Should Heart and Hands, Inc. cease to exist, then the Marshall County Community Foundation may partner with another not-for-profit organization dedicated to the educational development of immigrants to Marshall County or may administrate the scholarship themselves.
